A one (1) day training programme with the session taking place between 9.30 – 4.30pm. The programme is delivered in an hands on, interactive format designed to engage students from the outset. Please note all registration, certification, publications and refreshments are included as well as ample free parking.
Course Units/Overview
NEBOSH has worked in conjunction with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to develop this brand-new specialist qualification. The NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Managing Stress at Work aims to help students identify and reduce workplace stressors in order to create a positive, healtheir workplace.
This course will allow students to develop the expertise of HSE’s organisational psychologists, providing them with in-depth, best practice learning to make an impact in their role.
Unit MSW1: Identifying and Managing Workplace Stressors
- Element 1 – Key Principles of Managing Stress at Work
- Element 2 – Identification of Risk
- Element 3 – Implementing Interventions
Unit MHR1: Practical Assessment – Approximately 60 Minutes
A multiple-choice assessment is completed at the end of the course, students will be presented with a realistic workplace scenario on the principles learnt throughout the course.
This assessment will take place and be marked during the day of the course, do not worry we will provide you with further information and support during the training.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone responsible for managing and reducing work-related stress within their organisation. this includes line managers, Human Resource employees, occupational health workers and health and safety professionals.
Upon completion of this course students will be equipped with the necessary skills for managing and reducing work-related stress within their organisation, and will be awarded a NEBOSH accredited Certificate.
