What has changed with the new syllabus?
The NEBOSH General course now consists of only two units, resulting in a small reduction of the overall study hours. The content has been restructured and updated to reflect modern health and safety practices.
This includes a change to the way the NEBOSH National General Certificate is assessed, with only one exam and one practical assessment.
Who Should Attend?
This popular Certificate is aimed at managers and non-specialists who have local responsibilities for health and safety and require an internationally recognised measure of competence in this field. If you advise others in any capacity on health and safety issues, or if you are a safety adviser seeking initial training for your role the course will provide a solid introduction to the principles of health and safety.
